Junk Removal

Please be sure to read all terms and conditions before ensuring we are providing you with the right service. Terms and conditions are listed below. DHS holds proper insurance and licensure for commercial and residential services. DHS is an all-inclusive service, we do the work. We base pricing on 15 cubic yards. One cubic yard is roughly the size of a washing machine. For junk removal, we offer 9 price points to get you the best and most accurate pricing. Pricing is based on a full trailer load. You pay by the volume of space that your items take up in the dump trailer. Some items can be extremely heavy compared to the space taken up in the trailer and will be charged more accordingly. Pricing is also reflected in the distance to access your items and load them into the trailer. I.e., if items are more spread out or already placed into one consolidated pile. Other factors taken into consideration for pricing are your location from where we are based and the distance to the closest transfer station/dump site. We do not give quotes over the phone only on site. Final prices may vary; as the final price includes dump fee, fuel, labor, tax, and any additional resources used to complete your job. You pay by the volume of the dump trailer that your items take up. Payment will be taken upon job completion. We can take cash or a card. Receipts are printed in person. Crews do not carry change on them.

A little bit about us

Hello, my name is Mark. I grew up in Greene County Ohio. At the age of 20, I joined the Military. In my 5th year of service during a deployment to Afghanistan, I was wounded. I decided to come home to Ohio; this is where I met my beautiful partner Lauren. After much deliberation and planning I decided to take my life down the path of junk removal. We are accompanied by my lovely daughter; who loves to think she is the boss. You can find her in the pictures above.
